I wanted to share my wellness journey and how it came to be.
I have to say I am not a wounded healer or some foodie, I just have prioritized my health and want to constantly feel good so I want to share my findings with all of you.
I simply want to encourage people to live a healthier and happier life just like I have been. There are so many extremes out there that fitness, health and just overall wellness can be really intimidating. I think if you start small and find small changes that matter most to you, you can find the same happy balance that I have.
I have found that all it takes is just to start acknowledging your wellbeing and you will naturally just start to take care of yourself better.
In my free time I listen to a lot of professional interviews, podcasts and readings about ways to optimize, biohack and stay healthy. I’ll be sharing all of my findings here and ways I’ve implemented these health hacks in my life that are actually working and that are simple.
I believe there is a way to live an overall healthy lifestyle without needing to completely avoid the things that you love.
